Any goodwill generated through Client’s use of the Euro Xtract LLC name and trademarks shall inure solely to the benefit of Euro Xtract LLC.

Except as expressly stated in this agreement, client agrees that the Euro Xtract LLC content, or any subset thereof, may not be resold, redistributed, reused, copied, republished, redistributed, altered , edited, retransmitted, or exploited in any manner, for any purpose, without the express prior written consent of Euro Xtract LLC and the written authorization of any data source or third party providing the applicable data.

Due to the inherent unreliability of the internet and computers, Euro Xtract LLC, its affiliates, and its data sources shall have no liability to client or any third party for any loss, expense, or damages relating to reduced performance, accuracy, interruption, or termination of the Euro Xtract LLC services or the Euro Xtract LLC content. Client agrees to hold Euro Xtract LLC, its affiliates, and data sources harmless from and against such loss, expense, or damages based upon any third party claims.
